80,000 baht reward for lost Amazon parrot
THE a pet food shop in adjacent Chonburi province is offering 80,000 baht reward to anyone who returns their Amazon parrot, Yellow, which mysteriously flew away a few days ago, Sanook.com reported today (October 31, 2018).
Miss Pornthip Charnnathri, 33, a worker at this shop near Bypass intersection said at around 2 p.m. on October 26 a good-looking young woman of around 25 to 30 years of age came in to buy some products, and asked to take some selfies with Yellow, a 6 years and 8 months old male Amazon parrot.
As she had to go to the bathroom, she left the customer to take the photos at the aviary next to the shop. Just 2 minutes later the customer yelled that the bird had flown away.
Miss Pornthip said she ran out to search for Yellow, which had never left the shop and was close to another male parrot the shop kept, but did not find the much-loved bird.
She urged anyone who finds Yellow or has somehow purchased him to return their pet because of strong attachment which far outweighs the 80,000 baht reward offered.
