This special gastronomy provides an elegant Thai and International Set Menu with premium ingredients including a variety choice of appetizer, soup, homemade pasta, main course and dessert. Available every Monday to Wednesday from 18:00 – 22:30 hrs.
Meanwhile, Tier 2 offer is the finest gourmet international buffets where guests can savor International Lunch Buffet for the tempting price of THB 1,150 net per person every Saturday from 12:00 – 15:00 hrs. The delectable buffet offer a variety of world’s favorite delights including salads, cold cuts, sushi and sashimi in the Japanese section, homemade pasta, grill section, and desserts with premium quality ingredients.

Rossini’s, a recipient of a prestigious Michelin Guide award. Designed in the style of an enchanting Tuscan Villa, diners can enjoy a sensational Michelin Guide Set Menu curated by Executive Chef Gaetano Palumbo including cured salmon with mozzarella and beetroot foam, homemade spaghetti with zucchini with clams and cuttlefish ink, Australian sirloin beef with chamomile sauce, Rossini’s Tiramisu and more. Michelin Guide Set Dinner is available every Wednesday to Saturday from 17:30 – 22:30 hrs.
