Lauren Talese at The Living Room
FROM November 6 – 24, The Living Room welcomes the extraordinary vocalist, Laurin Talese from Cleveland, Ohio. A passionate singer and songwriter, Lauren will captivate audience at Bangkok’s premier live jazz venue with an intimate performance of jazz standards and her own poignant songs.
Her debut album, Gorgeous Chaos features modern-day jazz elite such as Robert Glasper, Christian McBride, Ulysses Owens Jr., Christian Sands, and longtime collaborator Eric Wortham II, to name a few, and was recognized as one of the top albums of 2016 by The Chicago Tribune and Soul Tracks. It also ranked highly on three Billboard jazz charts.
Laurin will perform three sets at The Living Room, Tuesday – Saturday from November 6 – 24. Her vocal artistry will be complemented by The Randy Canon Group.
