Start the New Year with family and friends with our special Tsubaki Afternoon Tea at Up & Above Bar. Sets include delicate pastries such as Cherry & Hibiscus Praline, Camellia Mont Blanc, Black Forest Tart, Red Velvet Scones, Red Bean Dorayaki, Strawberry Layer Cake, Egg Tart, Tsubaki macarons and sparkling sake sorbet. There’s also a selection of savoury treats include Hokkaido Tarabagani Brioche and marinated Hokkaido Salmon on Pumpernickel Bread, Egg Salad Mimosa Ikura on Brioche, and Cucumber drill and Crème Fraiche on brown bread all served with premium illy coffee, Saro or freshly brewed Tsubaki tea from Mariage Frères.
Tsubaki Afternoon Tea is available from 1 January – 31 March 2019, 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. daily at Up & Above Bar. Priced from Baht 1,290++ inclusive of premium coffee or tea for 2 persons.
