Big bucket fails to save drug addict

ANTI-NARCOTIC police in the southern Thai province of Nakhon Si Thammarat had a big laugh after chasing a young drug addict who fled into a toilet inside a house, Sanook.com reported today (Oct. 19).

The police nearly missed the suspect, who used a big plastic bucket to cover himself. A sharp-eyed detective saw the tip of his left foot under the bucket and arrested him.

The police found eight methamphetamine pills in the toilet bowl. The suspect apparently threw them in it but forgot to flush.
