Filipino man seriously injured in fall at airport

A FILIPINO man waiting to catch a connecting flight back to his home country was badly injured after falling 2 floors at Suvarnabhumi Airport, INN News reported today (Nov. 30).

Officials, doctors, police and rescuers rushed to give first aid to Mr. Bobbie Simalon Bayron, 33, and then quickly sent him  to Samitivej Srinakharin Hospital.

The seriously injured passenger had arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport at 1. 30 pm yesterday, on flight KQ 886 from Kenya, and was due to catch Philippine Airline flight number PR 727 back to the Philippines.

He plunged 2 floors, from the rear of the churning of the ocean of milk statue at the passengers lounge on the 4th domestic and international departures floor, to the 2nd domestic and international arrivals floors.

Police are investigating the cause of this fall.
