Pattani Muang District police have obtained an arrest warrant for Makoseng or Charang Mahae who is one of four suspects seen in CCTV footage.

Information gathered by police showed that Makoseng is the new generation leader of RKK at operational level and is the person who sat in the pickup truck fitted with the bomb and upon arrival at the store getting off and climbing on a motorcycle pillion and zipping away. In the video clip he was wearing black shirt and pants plus sunglasses.

However there is still no trace of the canvas awning fitter who owned the Isuzu pickup truck registered in Yala which the insurgents used to bomb the store. He disappeared after the bombing and a check of mobile signals showed he disappeared in Nong Chik district around 30 kilometers from home.
