Former PM Thaksin in Japan but no sign of Yingluck

FORMER prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra’s daughter Peathongtarn posted a live video stream of him holidaying in Japan with his children and grandchildren on her Facebook page but there is no sign that his sister, fugitive former prime minister Yingluck Shinwatra, is with them, INN News reported this morning (Dec. 29)

Ms Peathongtarn Shinawatra live video streamed the former prime minister cooking beef curry with his children and grandchildren in Niseko, a town in Japan’s northern Hokkaido Island which is heavily blanketed with snow, on her Ing Shinawatra Facebook page.

In this streaming Thaksin jokes that he is cooking Japanese beef curry but is not sure whether it will taste very good because he never had a Japanese wife.

However, when he finished cooking he again joked, “Why, it’s delicious! I’m very proud. Going to make pork curry next.”

He then kissed his granddaughter and picked up a bottle of wine and invited his family to join in.

Many people posted best wishes messages to him and his family.

However, there is only Thaksin and his children and grandchildren in this video with there being no sign of fugitive former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra  there.
