Ital-Thai CEO faces six charges

REGION 5 chief public prosecutor Somsi Wattanapaisarn has confirmed that six charges will be filed today (April 30, 2018) against Ital-Thai CEO Premchai Karnasuta for his alleged involvement in wildlife hunting in Kanchanaburi Province, Sanook.com reported.

The three most serious charges are the killing of a black panther, carrying guns and rifles without permission, and illegally collecting wild plants in a forest reserve.

After the charges are formally announced, Ms Somsi will present the case to the Thong Phapoom Provincial Court in Kanchanaburi. The court will later set date for interrogating the defendants.
