A TAIWANESE female tourist accused a masseur at a Sukhumvit soi 23 shop of raping her while giving her a Thai massage but the suspect says she willingly had sex with him, INN News reported today (April 16).

Ms A (assumed name) filed a report at Thonglor police station that she and her woman friend had gone to this massage shop on April 12 at around 6 p.m., initially for a one hour foot massage on the ground floor

The suspect, Mr Phuriwat, massaged her, and after this was over, she and her friend went up for a Thai massage, she on the first floor, her friend on the second floor.

The victim added that while she was being given a Thai massage the suspect raped her, with this lasting 1-2 minutes, and then went down to work normally, while she came down and after paying up, went to her hotel.

Thonglor police investigators have questioned Ms A, witnesses and have also sent her to the Police Hospital for a medical checkup.

They questioned the suspect,  Mr Phuriwat, but he denies raping the victim, saying it was consensual sex.

He added that after it was over he came down to work normally, while Ms A also came down to the ground floor and waited for her friend there. When her friend arrived, she paid the 200 baht massage service fee and also gave him 100 baht tip.
