Condo project being launched in Sukhumvit soi 39

THOSE looking for a large residence in downtown Sukhumvit will be happy to hear of the upcoming launch of ‘Above Sukhumvit 39’ project as an existing 25-storey apartment block is being converted into a condominium building.

Being completed renovated and sold by Asset Bright Plc (ABC), pre-sales of the exclusive 41 units in this building are to open sometime in the third quarter of this year with the average price being 150,000 baht a sqm.

Jirapat Veerachayathongkam, the company’s deputy managing director, said last week that his company decided to move on this project, worth 2.5 billion baht, after the general shareholders meeting approved the purchase and acquisition of all the assets of Orchid View Company.

This condominium is being designed in a modern luxury style using white, black, silver and gold shades to give a luxurious feeling while also underscoring individuality and good taste. The developer will be installing Perfect Smart Home system which will enable buyers to easily control electricity and security gadgets via their mobile phone or computer.

The penthouse is 300 sqm and each unit has two to three parking spaces which is something difficult to obtain these days.

According to dealstreetasia.com, ABC currently runs two businesses, property and e-commerce. It owns two premium condominiums in Bangkok: Bann Navatara River Life and Bann Sathorn Chaopraya.

“For e-commerce, ABC has alliances with top financial institutes and brokerage firms to do a property e-auction, gathering more than 500 assets worth around 300 billion baht per auction,” dealstreetasia.com added.
