Low-cost air tickets for mourners
BANGKOK Airways is offering special return airfares of 890 baht for flights from both domestic and international destinations to Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport to helping mourners come to the capital to mourn and pay their respects to the late His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, Thai News Agency said today.
Mourners interested in acquiring these discount air tickets may do so from today till November 26, 2016 and fly from today till December 2, 2016.
This offer applies to the mourners flying to the capital from these Thai cities: Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lampang, Sukhothai, Trat, Samui, Phuket and Krabi.
The offer also applies to departures from the following overseas cities: Phnom Penh and Siem Reap in Cambodia, Mandalay, Naypyidaw and Yangon in Myanmar, Luang Phabang and Vientiane in Laos, Bangladesh capital Dhaka, Mumbai in India, Danang in Vietnam and Maldives.
The offered 890 baht return airfare does not include airport tax and those interested should contact Bangkok Airways office or the call center 1771.
