Riverine beauty of Nakhon Phanom
THOSE seeing this set of photos for the first time and not told of the location would definitely think it is overseas because of its unique beauty which few have ever seen here before, Sanook! Travel columnist Peeranut P. wrote today (June, 6, 2018).
However, this place is right here in Thailand on the bank of Mekong river in the Mueang district of northeastern Nakhon Phanom province, and as the sun sets this stretch of the river bank sparkles with lights.
Similar to the riverine lifestyle of the people who live here, the color of the sky changes from dark blue to black when the last rays of the sun disappears.
This is indeed an artistic picture which nature has given us, seeming to have created heaven on earth.
The serene river bank is a good spot to take great photos but as yet not many people know about it. For travel photographers, a location like this one is absolutely not to be missed.
Walk around as cool breeze blows on the river bank and appreciate the simple lifestyle here, enjoy the peace and quiet within which is total happiness.
