Thai Vietjet provides measure to affected passengers from the COVID-19 situation
Bangkok, 31 December 2020 – Due to the COVID-19 situation in Thailand, the airline announces its policy to support passengers holding Thai Vietjet tickets on all domestic routes.
For passengers who booked tickets and made payments before January 1, 2021 with travel date between 5 – 31 January 2021, can change their travel date free of charge for one time (fare difference applicable if any). New travel date must be within March 31, 2021 subject to seat availability, and rerouting is not applicable.
