Female bus driver dies of Covid-19 in Mae Sot

A 48-year-old female bus driver died of Covid-19 on January 18, 2021 after having been in Mae Sot Hospital for nearly four weeks.

The Thai woman has been in the hospital since 21 of December last year, but her health has steadily declined, the Thai-language daily Thai Rath reported yesterday (January 20, 2021).

She went for a check-up at Mae Sot Hospital on 22 December and a doctor said she had a sore throat.

She visited the doctor again. On December 27, the hospital confirmed that she had Covid-19.
