The video went viral online showing the man yelling in his pajamas at the police station.

Charanpat the victim was driving on Phayathai Road heading into Victory Monument. She was stuck in traffic when another car drove into her. Arun Pawilai, known as Sumo Tui was driving the car and the two could not resolve the issue so they both went to the police station. The actor remained inside of the police station from 3 am to 8 am because he would not give a breathalyzer test. He was clearly drunk on something and both parties were asked to check their alcohol levels. The victim gave her test immediately and the results showed she had not had any alcohol. On the other hand, Arun was asked several times but always refused.

Arun claims that he was not the one driving and is not at fault. The video captioned “From 3 to 8 am, drunk is not cute. This is a bad example, please do not copy him. Maybe he has been acting too much. Such a waste of time”. This is not the first time he has refused a breathalyzer test and has been charged for not following police orders. History shows he refused a breathalyzer test in 2009.
