Golden Land, TCC Asset unveil huge project

COMING up on a 13-rai plot of land at the corner of Phayathai and Rama IV roads is a huge new mixed-use complex called Samyan Mitrtown which Golden Land Plc and its joint venture partner TCC Asset Company are developing for expected completion in 2020.

Golden Land president Thanapol Sirithanachai said recently that the two companies had set up a new firm, Kasemsapphakdi, with a total investment of 3 billion baht to develop this project with Golden Land holding 49% stake and TCC Asset 51%. It is Golden Land which will be developing and managing this new complex.

Out of a total of 220,000 square meters of space within this complex, there will be a 35-storey artificial intelligence office tower comprising 65,000 sqm.
Another 35-storey tower comprising 36,000 square meters of space or 15% of the project will be divided into condominiums and serviced apartments. There will be a total of 554 condo units which will be available for long-term lease and 104 serviced apartments with the common facilities of the two to be clearly separated.

Part of the first six floors of this complex, covering 65,000 sqm or 30% of the project, will be devoted to Thailand’s first skills development center. There will also be shops and lifestyle outlets for the new generation to enjoy.
