Origin Property launching new project
VERY quickly expanding in northern Bangkok is the rising budget condominium star Origin Property Plc which will soon be launching a new project, Kensington Kaset Campus, right next door to Kasetsart University on the recently opened shortcut linking Vibhavadi Rangsit and Phahonyothin roads.
The starting price of this new project, which follows other developments in northern Bangkok such as KnightsBridge Skycity at Saphan Mai, Notting Hill Tiwanon and Notting Hill Kaset, is suitably low at 1.69 million baht.
This company first entered the competitive budget condominium market by building the interestingly-named Sense of London low-rise project during 2011-2012. It then strengthen itself in this eastern Bangkok area by building a string of other condo projects including KnightsBridge, Kensington, The Knight I and II and B- Loft in soi 109 and 115.
