Transvestite dies after breast implant in Lampang
LAMPANG provincial police today (Oct 30) filed a manslaughter charge against an illegal clinic which carried out a breast implant for a 22-year-old transvestite who later died, the Thai-language Daily News reported.
The transvestite lost consciousness three minutes after the surgery on Sunday (Oct 29). An ambulance took him to the provincial hospital, where he died that night.
Police subsequently informed the Public Health Ministry, which will take further legal action against the owner of the illegal clinic in accordance with its own authority.
