Banyan Tree Bangkok proudly presents the return of Women in Hospitality 2025 (WIH), an extraordinary week-long celebration honoring excellence in mixology, culinary artistry, and hospitality. Taking place from March 1st to 8th, 2025, across the hotel’s renowned venues, this initiative brings together some of the industry’s most talented female professionals.

Launched in 2019, Women in Hospitality has become an annual tradition aligned with International Women’s Day, celebrating women’s contributions to the hospitality industry while supporting a greater cause. This year, 30% of the event’s proceeds will be donated to the Halfway Home for Women Foundation, a local nonprofit dedicated to empowering underprivileged women.

An Unforgettable Lineup of Events

The celebration kicks off with an exhilarating series of bartender takeovers at Moon Bar, where guests can indulge in signature cocktails crafted by an impressive lineup of renowned female mixologists, including Jen Queen of Pontiac, Hong Kong, whose bar ranked among Asia’s 50 Best for seven consecutive years.

The Grand Finale: 8 Hands Dinner on Saffron Cruise

The event culminates on March 8th with an exclusive 8-course dining experience aboard the iconic Saffron Cruise. As guests glide along the Chao Phraya River, they will enjoy a meticulously curated menu by four of the culinary world’s most accomplished female chefs:
