Chef Dominic Hong, the culinary maestro and SoCal Head Chef, renowned for his creativity, presents a tantalising array of colourful and flavourful California-style canapés. Each bite is a masterpiece, perfectly complementing the selection of French and California wines curated by Head Sommelier, Remi Torres.
Choose from a variety of wines, 3 from California and 3 from France, including a crisp Chardonnay from Stone Cellars Family Vineyards, a velvety Pinot Noir from Sand Point Family Vineyards, a rich Merlot from Maggio Family Vineyards.
Smooth Laroche Chablis Les Chanoines from Burgundy, the nuanced Domaine La Burgondie Rouge from the Côtes Chalonaise, and the harmonious blend of Cabernet and Merlot from the Chateau Le Bonnat, in Graves, Bordeaux.
