Thursday – Sunday dinner and Saturday & Sunday lunch, meat lovers are invited to enjoy ‘Meat and More’ local’s favorite dishes featuring top-quality Australian dry-aged beefs along with a variety of fresh seafood from “Seafood Wall”.
Meat highlights include favourite Thai dishes such as stir fried spicy beef with tree basil, grilled marinated spicy beef with foie gras cream, Slow cooked beef tendon served with steamed rice and pickled yolk and many more. Alternatively, choose your favourite choice of fresh meats from the chiller and leave it to chefs’ hands to cook according to your preference.
Moreover, guests are invited to experience an array of fresh seafood at the “Seafood Wall”, featuring local sourced crustaceans such as river prawns, rock lobsters, blue crabs and mussels. The colorful pot is labelled with your preferred cooking techniques.
