Tasty Zenato wine & dine menu at Rossini’s

DURING October 1 – 7, 2018, Rossini’s Executive Chef Gaetano Palumbo will collaborate with GFour to create the perfect parings of modern Italian cuisine and Zenato wines.

At Rossini’s award-winning restaurant, diners can choose a 3-course, 4-course or 5-course menu, with or without Zenato wine pairings.

The outstanding menu includes appetizers of scallop carpaccio with pink grapefruit, almond and “scapece” of zucchini complemented by Zenato Lugana 2016, and Castelluccio lentil cream soup with roasted red bell pepper, kokoxtas bacalao and caper dust matched with Zenato Bardolino Chiaretto Rosé 2016. There is also ash-baked pigeon breast with chestnuts, beetroot and mascarpone polentapaired with Zenato Valpolicella Ripassa 2014 and Zenato Amarone Classico 2013.
