WHENEVER Khao Kho in central Petchabun province is mentioned, immediately people think about the sea of mist that floats there all year round, Sanook.com reported.
While this town is one of the most famous places to view misty mountains in Thailand, each visitor seems to have their own favorite spot to enjoy these special moments.
Today Sanook! Travel columnist Peeranut P. would like to introduce a coffee shop which is still off the radar but is one of the best places for this viewing pleasure.
Called 180° Café, it is both a coffee shop and has bungalows for rent on a high mountain with a breathtaking panorama up front.
Not only is the view so fresh and good, all around the café too are colorful and nicely arranged flower beds.
The sea of mist which visitors come here for is best enjoyed at dawn when the sun slowly rises and casts its sheen all around, this is a picture not to be missed.
This is a great place to take photos for keepsake and those who want to continue enjoying the fresh misty mountain view could stay overnight.
Similar to the café, the bungalows here too offer unbeatable views and in the morning the thick fog comes knocking at the door to wake you up.
