Having a splashing good time with elephants
LOCAL and foreign tourists had a wonderful time splashing water with elephants in Ayutthya today (April 13) at a special event organized in front of the Tourism Authority of Thailand office, the Thai-language daily Matichon reported.
The elephants from the Ayuthaya Elephant Palace and Royal Kraal wholeheartedly joined the fun at the event site where a water curtain and a tank had been arranged for revelers.
The celebration proceeded peacefully with everyone, elephants included, enjoying splashing and spraying water to cool down from today’s heat.
