NATURE tourists will enjoy boating or rafting through the Chi River as it flows through a Surin province subdistrict because the villagers collectively made a huge effort to preserve the jungle on both its banks, INN News said today (June 23).
This lush and healthy jungle on the two banks of the Chi River as it flows through Muang Ling subdistrict in Chom Phra district of northeastern Surin province creates a shade as tourists boat or raft through it and is a reminder that there is still nature at its best to be seen.
During the ride there are five scenic stops with four of them being scout camps and each beautiful in a different way. Those who want more information about a trip here should call 08-2360-4337 or 06-1165-1848.
All 18 villages in Muang Ling subdistrict worked together to preserve nature here under what they call ‘Muang Ling Model’ and they also support sufficient economy according to the late His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s philosophy.
