THE few days old baby boy abandoned by his mother at Takua Pa Hospital in southern Phang Nga province with 2 thousand baht has been named Nong Song Phan (Two Thousand) while a CCTV image of the suspect has been found, INN News said today (Nov. 8)
Doctors and nurses at this hospital are helping take care of this baby boy who is from 3 days to not more than a week old and weighs 2,600 grams.
His hardhearted mother left him behind the emergency building next to the dispensary on Monday Nov. 6 at around 9 to 10 pm.
Miss Chintana Somnuek, deputy director of the nursing department, ordered the nurses to take good care of him. Nong Song Phan is healthy, cute, fair, has thick hair, does not cry a lot and sleeps well.
The small baby has had a detailed health check undergoing X-ray and blood test with his health record to be kept at the hospital. The nurses here have to take care of him for a while after which he will be sent to Phang Nga Children and Family Home.
Meanwhile CCTV image of the baby’s mother is helping police track her down.
