However Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chusak Limsakul, this university’s chancellor, urged applicants to ignore this false information and to themselves contact all five universities in this southern province to find out the truth.

This fake page claims to represent Prince of  Songkhla Hat Yai campus student organization and has posted lots of information and photos about admission interview and urged student hopefuls to pay 5,000 baht to reconfirm their chance for this interview  by scanning the QR code.

The university’s administration was flooded with enquiries and has asked students to file a complaint with the police while the staff are gathering evidence to likewise file a complaint seeking a criminial conviction.
