Governor takes action on dimly-lit road
Khon Kaen governor Somsak Jangtrakoon yesterday (July 24, 2019) ordered the provincial electricity authority to install new light bulbs on a 220-metre-long section of Sichan Road in the municipal area of the northern province, sanook.com reported.
Mr. Somsak said the dimly-lit light bulbs endanger car drivers and pedestrians.
Over 10,000 cars traverse the busy area of the province, which is popular among local and foreign tourists.
