‘Handsome’ thief snatches 2 necklaces
BANGKOK Metropolitan police are hunting for a young “good-looking” thief who snatched two gold necklaces from a shop in Maboonkrong Shopping Center in Bangkok this afternoon (July 27, 2018), the Thai-language Daily News reported.
Dressed in black, the thief asked a goldshop assistant to look at two 5-baht weight gold necklaces worth altogether 210,000 baht.
“He snatched the necklaces and sprinted out of the shopping center,” the shop assistant told police. “I yelled for help but it was too late.”
Police are hunting for the thief, who was caught on CCTV.
