Hitman arrested after murder in Samut Sakhon

A hitman has been arrested after killing a person in Samut Sakhon Province. The hitman drove down south in an attempt to hide from the police. The suspect was found driving a fancy car with a gun, over 50 bullets, and was wearing a Gucci bag. Police Major General Wanchai Tharntham Commander of Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Police gave orders to Police Colonel Niran Sirisangchai the Province Deputy Commander and Huayyang Police to catch the suspect wanted by an arrest warrant issued by the Samut Sakhon Court no.6/2564 on 14 January 2021.

 

The suspect had murdered a person while in Samut Sakhon and ran away to a province in the South of Thailand. Police received information that he was driving a Black Toyota Alphard with a red license plate as the escape vehicle. Officials at a checkpoint in Thap Sakae District in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province received orders to keep watch out for the suspected vehicle. As officials were working at the checkpoint they noticed the suspected vehicle and pulled the car aside. Officials presented themselves before searching the vehicle and arrested Thanasak 34 years old on the spot. Thanasak was wearing a red shirt, dark pants, and sneakers.

 

Police searched the vehicle and discovered an automatic Glock 9mm gun with serial number ACFB625 inside was 1 bullet. In a bag, there was a magazine with 13 bullets. Nearby was a red Gucci bag with another magazine with 3 bullets inside and 41 more bullets placed inside a black bullet box. The Alphard car had a Bangkok license plate. Officials arrested the suspect with charges relating to murder, owning a weapon without permission, carrying the weapon into a public place without permission, using a gun while in a a public location, and more.
