No prostitutes in Soi Pan Suk, Pathum Thani

Villagers in Klong 7, Thanyaburi District, Pathumthani Province made complaints to the media about prostitutes standing on the street waiting for customers during the night. The villagers also provided evidence of a video clip showing 2 girls standing by the road with no masks on. The complaint claims that these girls will hide in bushes until a vehicle comes along. They will then offer services to customers sitting in the car. There is also a motel in the area offering temporary rooms for  230 THB and 450 THB for one night.

The video shows other girls from teenagers to older women talking to potential customers. These girls will be asked how much their services cost, and where do they prefer the service to take place in. There are many groups with about 4-5 girls in each group hiding in bushes, in front of buildings, and in restaurants that are closed. The villagers revealed that they are afraid of the virus, as none of these girls were seen wearing masks. Locals in the area seem to know where to find sexual services as many vehicles visit the street every night, even with the Covid-19 situation taking place. When asked if the customer would be in trouble with the law, a girl states she has already cleared the problems and they can continue to have fun.

The Covid-19 situation resulted in Karaoke shops and restaurants in the area to shut down.
