PRIME Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha told members of the US – ASEAN Business Council and US Chamber of Commerce that he stepped in to resolve problems and will definitely announce the election date next year, INN News said today (Oct. 4).
Gen. Prayut underscored that he did not use his power to infringe on human rights with 90% of the people not affected by his coming in and only a minority troubled by this because they are lawbreakers.
The Prime Minister told members of the two business bodies who hosted a dinner party for him that Thailand and US are allies and have had good relations for a long time with US President Donald Trump honoring him and this greatly impressed him and he is happy to meet new good friends.
Prime Minister Prayut also said that Thai agencies responsible for giving out various information on trade and investment should set up an information center similar to Damrongtham Center to do this is a unified manner.
