Naruedon Somjit 35 years old went to the Bang Khen Police Station on 11 July 2023 and picked up his 2 baht gold chain. Police Captain Amnaj Yusuk stated thar Naruedon lost his chain in the Theparak area. Police collected security footage from the area and spotted 2 persons who picked up the gold chain.
Police tracked the persons down and contacted them. The persons returned the gold chain to the police who handed it back to the true owner. Naruedon revealed he was driving his truck with his family heading to Tad Mai Road. He started to feel shoulder pain and removed his gold chain off his neck before placing it on his stomach. His daughter who was sitting behind the driver’s seat started massaging his shoulders. Then when they arrived at Phaholyothin 49/1 there was an accident with a dog nearby. The driver noticed this and wasn’t sure if any vehicle had hit the dog.
Naruedon parked his car and stepped out to make sure the dog was alright. Luckily, the dog was not injured. He realized the gold chain was gone and went to file a report with the Bang Khen Police. Then about 1 week had gone by and he lost all hope of finding the chain. Naruedon is very grateful for the police help on his case. The persons who picked up the necklace on the road came into the police station and returned the gold chain shortly after they were contacted by the police.
