The local band played him the song called “The Impossible Dream” written by His Majesty the King Bhumibol Adulyadej. The Prime Minister stated after he listened to the band, “After listening to this song I feel it, it is something that I and everyone in the government feel. We miss this song, we must not feel sad with our destiny. Therefore, every one of us must not be a burden to society. It’s the government’s job and other facilities that must do the best in their jobs. It depends on ourselves, our parents, and our family.

I am happy to here today, and to see that the children have not abandoned their community. This is paying back to the land that we live on. Personally, I see that we have a lot of opportunities because all the children are smiling. The opportunities are still little, today I come to claim fairness for everyone. No one can have the same income, but fairness is the opportunity to work and have a career. The most important is to have a good quality of life as we cannot live like this anymore. I feel empathy when I see this because it has been rough since your grandparent’s generation.”.

He then continues to say, “Rama IX gifted us with this song as an encouragement to the people, the army, the police force, and the government to face their destiny’s and the mission has been continued by Rama X to continue, conserve, and build with the belief of good to the public. If we can do this, then all problems will disappear including, crimes, drugs, and the tough life.

Most importantly, we must not fight anymore, love and harmony will take us to safety in the future for our children. I won’t live long from now, I’m already 60 years old and I have more risks in my life every day. The question is how will we make our children’s lives better than what we have. All of this is the future of all Thai citizens, we must not leave anybody behind and the government has plans to achieve this.”.
