THE Meteorological Department said today (Oct 16, 2018) that Bangkok and several other provinces across Thailand will be hit by heavy rainstorms as a result of a high pressure wedge from the South China Sea, the Thai-language daily Khao Sod reported.
Thirty percent of Bangkok and nearby provinces will be hit by rainstorms during Oct 16-18, with temperatures ranging from 27 to 33 degrees Celsius.
The eastern and southern parts of Thailand will experience heavy rainstorms during the same period, and fishermen should keep monitoring weather reports of the Meteorological Department.
