‘Redhood robber’ caught in Lampang

A 47-year-old man was arrested today (July 3) and charged with robbing two 7-Eleven stores in the northern Thai province of Lampang, INN News reported.

Police detectives have been on the hunt for the suspect, nicknamed “Redhood robber” for his distinctive red balaclava, since he robbed the first store on May 12 and made off with some cash.

He hit the same store again on May 16 and has been lying low since then. With the help of CCTV, police managed to find the motorcycle he used in the robberies. The suspect reportedly said that he spent the money entertaining his girlfriend.
