A Chiang Mai villager was in shock early this morning (Sept 20, 2018) after realizing that a man he was talking with at a bus stop was dead, the Thai-language daily Thai Rath reported.
“It was still dark when I arrived at the bus-stop shelter. There was a man with a cap leaning on the long wooden plank for seating. I greeted him but he did not respond,” said the villager.
“As the sun rose, I was shocked to see that there was a black electrical cord around his neck, tied to the shelter’s wooden beam.”
His body was later sent to a hospital for further examination.
