Thailand to tackle plastic debris
THE world’s oceans are clogged with plastic debris, and Thailand is named as one of the top ten countries that contribute to the growing environmental problem, the Thai-language Daily News reported today (June 5, 2018).
Voicing his concern over the problem, Natural Resources an Environmental Minister Surasak Karnchanarat today urged the Thai public to reduce the use of plastic bags.
