THE Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has approved a free special trip in Thailand for all foreign volunteers involved in the rescue of 12 young Thai soccer players and their coach, the Thai-language daily Thai Rath reported today (July 12, 2018).
The special trip in Chiang Rai and Bangkok are sponsored by the Foreign Ministry and the TAT.
Those who have to immediately return to their home countries will get a Thailand Elite Card from the TAT, which entitles them to make one free trip in Thailand within 5 years.
