Thief caught performing masturbation
A 39-year-old thief was arrested last night while performing masturbation on the second-floor veranda of an apartment room in the southern Thai city of Hat Yai, Sanook.com reported today (Nov 4).
A woman inside the room screamed for help, and the thief was caught by male tenants. They found cash, six gold necklaces and rings in his trouser pockets.
Police detectives said he might have been the same burglar who had earlier stolen valuables from tenants in other apartments around the city.
