Ubon flooding still critical

The flooding in the northeastern Thai province of Ubon Ratchathani is still critical with a large number of people being evacuated to temporary shelters, the Thai-language daily Thai Rath reported yesterday (Sept 14, 2019).

In the Ubon Ratchathani and Warin Chamrab municipality areas, the levels of water are between 3-4 meter high. A large number of people are now in temporary shelters.
