Unlicensed cosmetics seized in Phitsanulok
Phitsanulok provincial police have arrested a 47-year-old man and charged him with making unlicensed cosmetics for sale, the Thai-language daily Khao Sod reported yesterday (March 7, 2020).
Acting on a tip-off, the police raided the home of Mr. Wallop Kamtubtim on March 6 and seized a stockpile of illegal cosmetics.
He faces a maximum imprisonment of ten years and a fine of 100,000 baht for violating Article 14 of the Cosmetics Law.
