Thailand ranked the 4th country with lowest unemployment rate.

The Ministry of Labour has revealed that Thailand is the 4th country with the lowest unemployment rate in the world. South Africa is interested in how Thailand ranked with such a low unemployment rate and is ready to exchange useful information that can benefit both countries.

This information was published by Trading Economics and Index Mundi. Both websites published the unemployment rate from 215 countries. The information helps to compare Thailand’s unemployment rate with other countries revealing that Thailand has successfully managed the employment rate in the country throughout the past few years.

 

From the results of Thailand being the 4th country with the lowest unemployment rate, many countries are watching how Thailand manages its employment rate and labor management. The South African Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand and other South African officials including representatives from South African Universities came to exchange information in developing the labor force.

The South African Education institution wants to send representatives involved in the training of South African Citizens to come and learn how Thailand has been developing its individuals and successfully managing the employment rate. South Africa also invites experts from Thailand to go help guide and train the South African Labour force.

 

The missions involved that will lead to a positive employment rate growth include, establishing a labour standard and supporting businesses that have a part in helping the employees develop skills in their work according to the Skill Development Promotion Act. B.E. 2545. Factors such as the local law and tax advantages towards businesses must be taken into consideration towards lowering the unemployment rate. These missions and changes must be applied to the concerning government sectors in relation to the labor force.
