Tenant turns posh condo into rubbish dump
THE owner of a 10-million-baht luxury condominium in Pattaya is in a state of shock after his tenant turned his beautiful residence into a garbage dump and disappeared, Sanook.com reported today (May 19)
A Facebook member, Jindaporn Ao Amam, shared photos of the terrible state this condo, which is owned by someone she knows, now is in.
She mentioned that the owner had rented it out to a woman, who has 2 to 3 daughters, over 2 years ago at 30,000 baht a month.
However, the tenant recently disappeared, and when he opened the door to his condo on which he had spent so much money, he almost collapsed.
The owner has filed a complaint with the police and warns landlords in Pattaya to be careful who they rent their property out to because his former tenant is now looking for a new place to live in.
