The survey, conducted among high-income individuals residing in Bangkok, reveals a strong interest in Japanese real estate among the Thai elite. In response to this trend, RENOSY (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will participate in the upcoming “Bangkok Nippon Haku 2024,” a major Japanese exhibition, to further promote Japanese real estate investment opportunities.

- Market Size: The survey estimates that approximately 45,000 high-income individuals in Bangkok are interested in investing in Japanese real estate.
- Investment Destinations: Among wealthy Thai investors with overseas real estate holdings, 24% own properties in Japan, making it the second most popular destination after Singapore (36%).
- Investment Amounts: The most common investment ranges for Japanese properties are between 4-5 million THB and 10-25 million THB, with nearly 60% of investors focusing on these price brackets.
- Expected Returns: 58% of experienced real estate investors found a return of 4% on properties priced at around 6 million THB in Japan to be attractive.
