Relax at Ranong’s jungle homestay

THOSE feeling adventurous would want to try out a different type of accommodation and offering just what they are seeking is a jungle homestay in southern Ranong province, Sanook.com reported this week.

Called Ban Nai Mong Treehouse, this homestay  surrounded by thick forest foliage truly takes visitors far away from the chaos of the city and helps them relax in the lap of nature.

It is very quiet at this homestay, which is among Ranong’s top resorts, and its charm is of course the lush greenery which ensures that visitors do drop a gear and move into the slow lane.

It is ever so green all around, even through the walkaway to the midst of the homestay. Beneath the bridge is a small stream, but unfortunately it has hardly any water, but nearby it is a swing.

It is time to check out the rooms and a little cheaper is Krathom Canvas at 1,950 baht a night. It has a open-air style ensuite bathroom and relaxing there is just like being at home, but of course surrounded by the jungle.

However the treehouse, which is the key attraction of this homestay, is as yet only to be looked at, but will be opened for use in future.

Ban Rabieng Mai is a 2-storey accommodation which while surrounded by greenery, has a  balcony overlooking the stream to fully relax in the lap of nature.
