Fake bomb found at Chonburi Hospital rooftop
A FAKE bomb was found on the rooftop of Chonburi Hospital last night and police say this was intended to create confusion, INN News said today (June 9).
Chonburi police rushed to the hospital in the middle of the night after being alerted that something similar to a bomb was found on the rooftop of this hospital in Muang District’s Bang Saen subdistrict.
This was later found to be a mobile phone wrapped round with over 10 electricity wires and placed in a snack bag.
The Explosive Ordnance Disposal unit used a low-power grenade to destroy this object.
Police say it was intended to trigger confusion and that they are chasing the culprits.
