Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 is inviting hotel guests and local residents to savor the freshest and most succulent salmon with a fabulous new Friday night promotion at Reap Factory, the vibrant culinary marketplace in the heart of Sukhumvit.
Available from 1st January through 31st March 2024, as part of the popular Harvest Buffet, this seasonal promotion will feature a selection of special dishes using sustainably sourced salmon. Diners can enjoy Asian delights cooked à la minute by Executive Chef Teerathep Tishabhiromya and his talented team, such as braised salmon head with shoyu & ginger*, salmon tempura bowl, grilled salmon teriyaki on rice, and soy sauce marinated salmon with rice & seaweed.
A series of enticing international creations are also available, such as grilled salmon belly skewer with salt*, salmon burger with spicy sauce, grilled salmon with dill cream sauce & buttered vegetables, and salmon tacos with tomato salsa & guacamole, while a choice of hot dishes includes fried salmon with Panang curry sauce.
And that’s not all; the Harvest Buffet’s salad bar will feature Thai spicy salmon salad, the dedicated Japanese station will showcase salmon sashimi, sushi, aburi sushi, saikyo sushi, and maki rolls, and the Italian station will serve freshly cooked spaghetti salmon with miso cream sauce, and smoked salmon pizza with capers & dill.
Staged every Friday evening (18:00 to 22:00 hrs), this bountiful buffet dinner also highlights an appetizing array of Thai and global cuisine, all presented in a rustic, farmhouse kitchen style with live cooking stations. These sublime salmon dishes will complement the regular selection of crisp and colorful salads, premium cold cuts & cheeses, hand-cut sushi, sashimi and maki, succulent seafood on ice (fresh oysters, white sea prawns, blue swimming crab and black mussels) and a steamed seafood basket. Freshly made pizzas and pasta will transport guests’ taste buds to Italy, and other Thai recipes include wok-fried cabbage with fish sauce, stir-fried chicken with peanuts & vegetables, and spicy seafood soup with herbs & holy basil.
Naturally, every meal can end on a sweet note with plenty of delectable Thai and international desserts, from banoffee pie and apple crumble to mango sticky rice and carved tropical fruits. A spectacular chocolate fountain will add an extra dash of culinary theater to the evening, and a live DJ will provide an upbeat soundtrack.
