First Apple Store in Thailand @ICONSIAM
The brand new Apple Store is located on the second floor of the brand new shopping complex ICONSIAM. ICONSIAM is a brand new shopping mall right by Chao Phraya river with two shopping complexes right next to the Residences at Mandarin Oriental. The first Apple Store in Thailand meets you with an all glass store, a signature to all Apple stores worldwide.
Thailand is one of the world’s top tourist destination and although it has taken this long for the official Apple store to arrive in Thailand, many Thai’s have been a long fan of Apple products purchased from official distributors located throughout the country. When arriving at the Apple store, you are met with a stunning glass panel with the Apple logo in the middle, looking through the glass is a wide range of Apple products waiting to be tested from customers like you.
Looking at the opposite direction is the other stores located inside the mall and the Chao Phraya river, one of Thailand’s most iconic waters that is lined with historical sites such as Wat Arun. As you enter, you will meet the 6k video projector with desks around to inform customers on information about the products in the store, including the history of Apple.
There is also a service center within the Apple store to support any issues with Apple products or any questions that customers might have regarding the use of their products. The unique aspect that makes the Apple store different from the official distributor stores located all across Thailand, is the staff that is extremely well trained and knowledgeable to properly service and inform customers of any information that is important relating to the product at hand. There are over 110 Apple Staff, where over 10 languages are supported and spoken at this Apple store.
